Waterproof'ing product?

I was browsing the web the other day and saw a product that waterproofs your phone's electronics. I got distracted, left my station and returned with a cleared browsing session. I cannot find this product for the life of me. I live in Seattle and this would be perfect for those rainy days. Anyone know the product?

FYI, rain alone will not harm your phone. Pure water (such as rain) is not electrically conductive. The reason why your phone may get damaged after exposure to tap/pool/sea water is because the minerals in the water are conductive, leading to shorts on the phone's circuit boards.

Looks like an interesting product regardless, just wanted to let you know that you don't need to worry too much about the rain.
