Help Way to create users on the Galaxy Player

[Creating Uers]

I have done some research and I think I am understanding that with Gingerbread (2.3.6) being installed on this device, it is impossible to create "User" accounts so that the devices can be shared. Am I correct on this?

You are correct; support for multiple user profiles was added to tablets with Android 4.2. It is not available on Gingerbread.
