Help waze , no warning sound

i have installed wave on a samsung s6

it works perfectly , i can see on the map the autovelox or the police , i don't get any audio messages about them
why?

What is Sound set to in your Waze program settings? Can be set to "Sound on", "Alerts only", or "Sound off".

Note there's two separate 'Sound' options to look into -- one in 'Quick settings' and another in 'Advanced settings'. You can enable/disable sounds in Quick but there are things like adjusting volume in Advanced.

but can't hear alerts
