We are a company in Brazil who work in development in software for Public Security to make implantation of our System in Emergency Central 911.
We are preparing the development, with some other Freelancers Android developers and Windows Mobile developers, the mobile part of our System. So we need some new Freelancer developer for Android and Windows Mobile.
So, if you are interested, we need information about you and your experience in developing Android application.
These are the conditions to work together.
CONDITIONS:
-We will using MSN and/or Skype to communicate together during the development or test period. So, please, pass to us your MSN username or SKYPE Username.
-Maybe due the difference of time (meridian different) It will be necessary you will be available to make some contact, test period, Question about the project, etc. during a day part (at night or at the morning or during the day) We are in Brazil, so we have +3 hours from Greenwich.
What difference of time do you have?
-The Source Code will be send to us (by email) after complete the first step, Development, before the Test step.
-We will pay US 30$/hour/project (approximately) Can be different on some bigger project, we will evaluate it. The duration of each project (in hour) will be evaluate for us and a complete team of Project Analyzer who already have experience in developing System and evaluating project.
-You will be pay by an PayPal account by the NET to pay you only by this media.
-All development will be based on Completed Project Analyze by our and need to be respect. Only some recommendations of modification of the project can be done based on restriction or good features inside Android Platform.
-Having a smartphone Android to make tests.
-The payments will be done like this:
30% after the first step development done and Source Code received (before test period).
70% will be done after the test step completed and corrected made if need.
-No other remuneration will be done about each project except the first evaluation done at the beginning of each project.
-Time need and price to realize a project will be established before begin the project.
-It could happen during the test step, we need some smalls corrections not planed in the Project Analyze, need to be added without modification of the payment amount. If the modifications is bigger, it will be evaluate to add a
-An Invoice Report will be asked from you, by email, after each project completed with all your personal information (see attachment) in a format we will send to you.
-If occur communications problems or some others problems together that couldn't be resolved and this will stop or impact the realization of the project, the project itself will be canceled without any money.
-Software and hardware need to develop the projects will be your responsibility.
-Basics tests list would and should be done before the test period.
-The time (in hours) to realize each project will be based on person who have some good until excellent experience with development for Android.
-You need experience with these feature or function :
-Communication TCP/IP between Client and Server application.
-Be able to put the application running as a Service inside Android CellPhone.
-Working with SQLLite.
-Create an auto-update solution of the application.
As you could know, my boss have some restrictions and fear to work by the NET to be stolen our project. So to be sure, I send a specific clause you return to us to accept these conditions and will respect them.
Any information about the Project Analyze, documentation, email, communication via SKYPE or MSN and Source Code cannot be transferred, sent, copied, sold or rent to another person. You will not use the program for selling, using by yourself to make some money. If these conditions are not respected, judicial pursuit could be done.
It's just a protection for my boss. OK don't be worried with this.
