Weak charge

Got my phone used & recently I started sporadically seeing the Samsung cross icon appear. So I got a new battery, but still seeing it occassioanlly.
So the issue is an app? I have no idea how to find out which one it may be.

It could be coming from the app Samsung+. It's annoying so I disabled it. Long press on the notification, click the "i" (for info) and see what app it is.
