Wearables and bluetooth connectivity

Is it possible to make the Xiaomi Mi bracelet discoverable to other bluetooth devices when it's already paired to a smartphone? Apparently these bracelets aren't discoverable once they're paired so is it possible to override this? In case it helps, the bluetooth component in this bracelet is the DA14580 Bluetooth Smart SoC. Any help is really appreciated! Thanks!

If it's anything like the Oppo O-band, once it's paired to a phone, it's not discoverable.

The issue is resolved, the Razer Nabu does exaclty what I need.
