Help Weather App

I used to have a weather app that use to alert me if there was a storm or bad weather coming my way. I cannot remember for the life of me what is was called. Does anybody know of an app that does that? I would like to have an app that does weather plus alerts me if bad weather is coming thur text messages or pop up on screen like that app I used to have.
