Weather New Feed Widget

I am looking for a pretty specific weather news widget and I am surprised that as many as our out there I have not been able to find it yet.

I am looking for an RSS widget like Glass News that actually works....or another widget that works just like it....only better. I am looking to fill a space 4x1.

I think that all of the Weather apps out there are terrible or at least flawed in some way. I've taken to just bookmarking a Weather webpage on my browser and not even trying to use an app.
