Weather on homescreen

Hi!

First, I apologize if I put this in the wrong spot, I wasn't really sure where it should go... apps, themes.... hmm. So here I am :-)

I am a newbie, and I downloaded Go Launcher EX on my new Inspire. I am very slowly figuring some things out. But I can't figure out for the life of me how to make my GoWeather (or any weather/clock) 'stick' to the home page. Instead, all I have is the app icon that I moved to the homescreen, and in order to see weather I have to click on that. But Im attempting to stick it open on the screen like the stock htc screen was like when I first got it. Does this make sense? Sorry if Im not being clear.

Is this even possible? Im not trying to reinvent the wheel or anything am I? LOL!

I searched thru other posts but I can't seem to locate my answer.

Thanks for any tips/help!

Long press on your homescreen and a popup appears. Choose widgets, find your weather widget choose it and you should be good to go .

I'm looking for a weather widget or something( like active weather wallpaper). I have used active weather wallpaper but it seems to only work for five minutes then craps out got to N/A. Anybody know of anything else like it. I've searched Cydia and Rock, I just hope I've managed to overlook something.
Thanks in advance!
