Weather theme

i remember seeing a weather theme that chnaged depending on the weather. all i can remember was it was cartoony.

eg/ if it wwas sunny, the background of the phone would be light with a sun on the side and if it were raining it would have dark clouds and rain.

do u guys know what this is?
