Weather Widget-Donate -> How do you change the skins?

Does anybody know how to change the skins for the Weather Widget-Donate? The suggested method using OI File Manager doesnt seem to work. Thanks in advance for the help.
 
Pull up your apps tray and scroll down and open Weather Widgets. When it opens scroll down to weather skin preferences and clock skin preferences right below it. Click on clock skin downloader and download some skins. (or weather skin downloader) Hit back to get back to your weather widgets settings. Now click on "install clock skins from SD card". It will pull up skin files you just downloaded. Click on one and then click OK, and click home. In a couple seconds the skin will change. If you don't like it, repeat the process until you find one you like!
 
Thx..but have been trying that method and it seems not to work. I end up getting to the skin files through OI File manager but have no way to apply them.

Any other suggestions?

I was confused by that yesterday also, once you get to the skin in the OI File Manager there is a check box on the top right that will apply it.
