Help Weatherbug location

How do I make Weatherbug able to detect my current location and find the weather for it, rather than always stating the weather for my saved locations? And I'd like to do this with GPS off. I have a Samsung note 3 with Verizon.

Detects my location OK. Try clearing its data and cache. But if you do that you'll have to re-enter your saved locations.
