Web browser keeps reloading previous web page

First, the goods:
LG Lucky phone
Some earlier version of Android (updated March 11 @1:15PM ET)

Now the problem: No matter which web browser I use, be it Firefox, Chrome or even the built-in browser, the browsers keeps reloading the previous web page whenever I try to go to a new web page. This happens whether I type a new URL in the address bar or tap on a bookmark. I've tried cleaning out the browser's cache and it still happens. Anything else I can try?

The LG Lucky is apparently a 512MB of RAM/4GB of storage model that simply isn't capable running Android 8.1. Perhaps you listed either the incorrect model or the wrong Android version?

Please clarify.
If it is a Lucky, normally I wouldn't recommend a Factory Reset unless it's a last resort but in this particular instance that might be advisable. Back up whatever you have stored first.

Unlucky? Probably right about that. I just got paid, so I guess I'll be getting a new phone. This one's battery is just about shot. Thanks, guys.

Unless you're a real minimal needs type who basically can live with a flip-phone, get something with a minimum of 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. You don't have to buy a flagship model either, there a plenty of options for low to mid-range phones now that are more than capable for a daily user.
