Webcam for c03ref Android 2.3

I have this tv box Android 2.3 WiFi Internet HD 1080P HDMI Google TV Box ARM Cortex A9 and interesting to use web cam mainly for skype.
what camera to buy?

Be careful what camera you choose - I bought a c170 logitech and all I could get with both 2.3 and ICS was an overexposed image that was very slow to respond. Perhaps others have had better luck. (Mine is also c03ref)
