Website for viewing theme's?

As an Android newbe there's a lot I don't know about the capabilities of theme's and what I can do with them. I've read about ADW and Launcher Pro and that there are theme's already created. In my opinion the Android market isn't the best place to view these theme's.

My question is there a site or sites that display these theme's to make it easier to find one?

and just find some inspiration for a combination of a background and some widgets/icons. Most people say what widgets/icons they are using or they will be asked a few posts after their post. Then you can download them and fine tune it to your taste
