Weird Dolphin Browser action

This started recently. My browser looks normal. All my speed dial links are there but when I choose one, instead of loading, I get a blank browser page with just a Dolphin outline. Nothing loads.

To correct it, I have to power off/restart and then all links load normally. It goes back to no loading maybe a day or two later with no rhyme or reason.
