Weird internet problem - Forums for Android

I have been having some strange issues with apps and widgets. Some games and apps I have tell me I don't have an internet connection or my internet is unstable.. like Racing Rivals and Live.me to name a couple. But I have good LTE coverage. It even has the same issue on wifi so it's not my network. I have done a device reset (settings/preferences) cleared system cache. Turned airplane mode on and off. Restarted my phone. I can't figure it out.
 
Check the phone's date and time are correct in settings. If that's wrong, anything that uses Google services, or other SSL encryption won't be able to connect.

Okay I just checked and date/time and it is on auto and it's correct. Anything else I can check?

Google has been having problems very recently as well.

I can understand that, my google search is being ******** too. If I search for something it works. I try searching for something else and it just brings up the results for the previous search.. I have to kill the Google app if I want to search again.
