There is this weird menu showing in my cellphone sometimes

Does someone know if this is a virus?

I checked my apps list, but I did not find anything weird or suspiccious

I was think ES File Explorer, but CM might be the culprit, too.

While it's not a virus, it most likely an indicator you've got some apps installed that are tracking your usage and mining certain data points.
