Help weird problem with SMS

Something very strange just happened with my SGS.

I received 2 SMSes almost at the same time from my wife. However, while the first SMS appeared correctly in my wife's conversation, the 2nd one appeared in another conversation, say Mr X's. When I go to Mr X's conversation, I can see that SMS bubble. When I click on it, the details said it's sent by my wife!

Anyone had this?

I've had the same thing. One SMS read that it had been sent from someone else but appeared in the correct thread when reading it. The cell network had previously died and I had several messages come in at once when it came back on.

I have encountered the same probem and have actually replied a message to the wrong person. Is embarrassing. Anyone know the solution?
