Help Weird problem

Has anyone else had this problem with a ZTE Racer?

I put my head phones and took them out but my phone is still saying I have head phones, meaning I can't hear music or listen to calls without putting it on speaker does anyone know how i can solve this? I have tried turning my phone one and off and removing the battery and putting it back in but nothing has worked so far

put the headphones in then turn the phone off then back on again then tek the headphones out that solved it for me.
