Help Weird Snapchat Display Name

I am not sure if this is the right place to post it. I recently got snapchat and I cannot seem to change my display name. My display name is the name people see when they receive my snaps. No matter what I change it to, it still shows my username. For example, if my username is Jason2E3, it still shows Jason2E3 and not my display name...which is supposed to be Jason. My friends who have an iPhone can change it. :( Please let me know. Thanks!

I do see that there has been an update yesterday, and was wondering if it just happened after the update?
