Weird swipe to reveal actual lkckscreen on oppo

Hello,
Just recently I've noticed that whenever I turn on my phone a new lock screen pops up usually with news and an ad. I then have to swipe to get to my actual lockscreen, I find this very annoying and I have tried many different things to fix it. I've deleted all of my installed app in case it was one of them but it is still there. If anybody could help that would be great. File attached.

Try starting the phone in safe mode, and should definitely prove if it's from a user installed app, or if it's an Oppo Color OS system feature.

Thanks I played around with it and rebooted my phone and it seems to have gone away but I'll keep you updated
