Went from safe mode,to dusabled mobile network...PLEASE HELP

Phone works with wifi but seems like I have lost mobilenetwork. I cant receive calls,send calls or texts. I tried to go have phone reflashed but it cant be reflashed due to some troubleshooting problems. this has been going on since Sunday,PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I think I'm going to need more information, what is the make and model of your phone and who is your wireless carrier?
