have android icecrean sandwich and need to change the saved wep code. it tells me secured with wep but i cannot find how to change what is saved. can you help?

Are you talking about a network password? If so, just open up settings>Wifi and long press on the network you want to change your inputted password for and choose "forget" this network. Then you can re-sign in with the new password.
