I droped my htc desire c in the toilet and it keeps on truning off and on I tried to ;put it in dry rice for an hour and still nothing.

Hello, Try to leave the phone in dry rice overnight until the next day.

Take the battery out and put it back in the in rice for a couple of days. An hour isn't anything like long enough.

After that, we can only hope. There are no guarantees with water damage.

As an alternative to the rice, I've seen these bags that can dry out your phone in 24 hours. I saw them on the gadget show a while back, but I'll try and find a link tomorrow
