What about voice?

Been reading up on LTE. Most of the discussion is about broadband, and upload - download links.

Where does voice fit in on this? Text, too, as I understood that was piggybacked on voice.

There are still probably voice only customers (I've got a voice only user on my plan) and I don't see how you could force everyone to switch.

No one has mentioned this.

no phones do voice over LTE yet. Right now it's data only. LG Revolution is projected to be the first device to do VoLTE. If there was an immediate switch from CDMA to VoLTE there would be a lot of angry people whose phones didn't work.

So in other words there is still a different band needed for voice? What band does voice use?
