What app has this clock/weather theme? [Plus another small question]

Here's a pic of the Incredible which has it. I want it for my android (not an Incredible, but it has 2.2). I would prefer it to be a free app or download from a theme website.

Also, I have having issues getting my "people" widget working (where I have a transparent bar and can add favorite/family contacts to instantly start messaging them.) The problem I have having is the transparent bars are empty and I can't edit them. This is what it looks like:

Any help would be appreciated! Sorry if it's in the wrong place, move if necessary.

Looks like the stock HTC Sense weather/clock widget. If you don't have an HTC phone, you can use Beautiful Widgets or Fancy Widgets to get a similar look.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure thats HTC's Sense weather/clock. Beautiful Widgets will do the same thing.
