Help What app is this icon from?

There are a few million apps in the Play Store, so questions like this usually cannot be resolved as the chance of anyone recognising a particular icon is small. If it helps I think those "dots" might be supposed to be stars, so my guesses at the category of the app would include geography, navigation, astronomy. But the app itself, no idea.

Probably simplest to ask the person who sent the screenshot (as that's where 99% of these queries start).

Which shows how hard it can be to guess what type of app it is from the design of the icon!
