what apps do you have on your phone that are not stock apps that came with the phone? I personally have

I agree. An app has to get used to make the cut. My phone is rooted so I use Titanium Backup to keep All my apps backed up on the SDCard. If I need one I can restore it very quickly. The ones that get used all the time are always available.

no weather? launcher? lockscreen? clock? non-console games? social networking? maps? Camera? Gallery? etc...?

Nothing wrong with keeping the bare essentials. I'm just in awe at how you got all the way down to 11. Very cool.
 
If he is a minimalist i am a maximalist lol, have above 100 apps and too many to list, but about half are games and fun apps, about 10 tools 10 media apps 10 widgets and the rest are various apps. As for often used or not i dont care that much, all apps that can work from the SD i have them there, which are about half of them. If after a while i see that i dont use some of them at all off they go.

I'm not particular on the weather, it's not going to change the weather if I have it on my phone. I keep an umbrella in my car ^.^ Not sure what a launcher is? Lockscreen as in passworded? Just means one more step to get to my things. I do have a clock but that came stock with my phone so was not included in my list. I use the alarms to wake up every morning. I haven't found any free-android games that I like yet. I don't feel the need to be social networking unless I'm on my desktop. For maps I do have it on my phone, but never used it, again came stock. I have a GPS in my car for getting places. Camera also came stock. Gallery I don't particularly use either, I have a single picture on my phone which is my background.
