I have a kyocera hydro life on 4.3 android. I dont want to root and my phone has no otg support. What controllers can i get that will work? I just want to play gamepad supported games on my device like minecraft or gta. Thanks

According to the Moga page, their controllers will work with any device running Honeycomb and above.
Not all games though (but you can get a list of compatible games on their page).
