What are some good tablet apps?

I just got my mitts on a Galaxy Tab 10.1. Now, I've got a 7" Galaxy Tab already, but it runs GB so doesn't have access to any of the tablet specific apps. Can anyone point me any must-have tablet specific apps?

Outside of browsers and games, most things translate well enough between phone and tablet anyways.

One app that list is missing is Ninesky browser. It's a good browser for forums. It doesn't do the text lag that the other ones do.
