what are the best emulators?

What are the best emulators for snes, Sega, GBA, Turbo grhix 16? And were do i get ROMS? What do i do to get everything to work? Thanks

Seriously good tool. IN any case must emulators have free versions you can use so go to Android Market type Emulator and download them to test which ones you like better. As for where to get ROMS...wrong place to ask that but that little google tool might be helpful too.
I believe there is only one emulator for PC Engine (turbo grafx). If you are an old time PC gamer you may want to look for scummvm for Lucas Arts games and for PS ONE then one to get is FPSE.

Yongzh makes some really good emulators that are out on the market, and I usually get my ROMs from doperoms.com

Yongzh's emulators are the best. If you are wanting to emulate a PS1 FPSE for Android is your choice. Emulators/roms are a gray area with being legal. In general if you own the system and the phyisical game emulation is legal, it is when you start emulating games you do not own that it becomes illegal
 
Psx4droid was released for free by the dev recently... googled pulled it from market so youlll have to do a search to go to his site... i hear thats a great ps emulator... but i dont know which is better between that and fpse
