What are these two notifications please?

These are on a Samsung Note 10
In the middle of the text message notification and the alert triangle (so the second icon from the left) that is a circle message alert inside another circle?
The second questions is what is the "M" icon 5 from the left, between the voicemail and 68 degrees.

I think the first one is Amazon Alexa, but if someone could confirm or deny that would be great

I think the M is Gmail.

The other one does look like Alexa. I don't use it but it's on my tablet and it's the same icon

The M is definitely Gmail. Are you opting out of "Sidewalk" @Daddy Legend?
