Help What are these weird letters and symbols?

I am a noob at this stuff so bear with me. I recently noticed that my phone has these apps with names that have weird symbols. Can anyone tell me why this happend? The symbols also appear when installing an app. I have provided screenshots.

Easy sounds like you downloaded a foreign language onto your phone,

Yeh, it looks like a Vietnamese font it's using. Try going into the font settings and see if it can be set back to default.
