What are U using to play 720/1080 x264 MKV?

Is it possible WITHOUT decoding? I want to just copy it to the HTC ONE and play it...but with what? Anyone doing it?

Dice player is nearly bullet proof. Plays anything. I usually do mp4 main profile.

Mx player is also tops.

What player are you using on your phone? The htc stock player?
