What carrier/MNVO?

So with the next Nexus release, which happens to be hell knows when- I want to switch carriers. There will hopefully be a GSM variant. So does anyone know any company that offers unlimited 4G for under 80 dollars? I know Tmobile, which I'm honestly scared to go to. But there has to be more, no AT&T.
Someone help?
I've been looking at Simple Mobile, but the reviews say their 4G is 2.5 mbps, and their 3G is 128 kbps, currently I'm getting 2.4 mbps on Virgin Mobile, so obviously going to Simple would be a straight downgrade if it is like people describe it.

I was on Virgin Mobile for a while with the Triumph on the grandfathered $25 plan. 6 months ago when I got my Nexus 4 I immediately signed up for the T Mobile monthly 4G $30 100min/unlimited (5gb@4g speeds then edge 2g afterwards) & am quite impressed. I rarely go over 5gb but when I did the edge speeds even though 'slower' by numbers than what I got with VM/Sprint had seemingly better bandwidth. For me, I generally get 5 to 16 Mbps down on the T-Mobile hspa & hspa+ networks (their '4g' until they further expand 4g lte coverage). I don't think I'll ever go back to CDMA.

I really like the fact of GSM over CDMA, I visit Mexico and other countries sometimes, and on a regular company, CDMA is very expensive to roam. With GSM, I would suspend my account in the month I was over there, pop in a Telcel GSM card, and be good to go. I've been between choosing Sprint and T-Mobile, 10 dollars more for sprint is significant for me, but the service they have is amazing, plus it's about 31 mbps down, and 13 up.
Are you planning to switch phones when the next Nexus comes?

None yet. The N4 is my first nexus & has yet to disappoint. Its the perfect size & very fast (the 4 cores are almost kinda overkill). Hopefully, it will last me through the next couple years worth of new android os releases.
