to actually talk to a human when calling MetroPCS for help. ive been on the phone for awhile and i cant get a service rep. i need to see if its possible to change my Metro account on the website from my old number to my new number. i cant log into the old account anymore and whenever i try to make a new account it doesnt let me cause the email i used on the first account is being used even though its my own. i dont want to have to set up a fake email just for the Metro website
