What do you use for car dock?

One of the really cool things about the droid was the ability to dock your phone and use it as a GPS.

What happened to the nexus dock? also what are people using in the interim?

I use this Amzer Suction Cup Mount. It's intended for an iPhone but the Nexus One snaps in quite nicely. I have it mounted directly in front of my tach, so the phone ends up sitting just behind my steering wheel - it's the perfect spot.
