What does "Froyo" actually stand for?

All the android versions are named after food.
1.5 is Cupcake
1.6 is Donut
2.1 is Eclair
2.2 is Froyo
Supposedly 3.0 will be gingerbread.

I do not remember what 2.0 was called.

2.0 was actually Eclair, 2.1 was just considered an updated Eclair.

I am pretty sure you didn't try too hard to find it since the first return on a Google search explains it. Or were you looking to see how many rubes would answer your question?
