I assume you've found that under the /system/priv-app?
Not sure what is means but I"m sure it's nothing to worry about. My best guess that is has something to do with the screen timeout or something like that. I have the same thing on my LG

There are, in the PlayStore, but haven't used one in years. What are you looking for in a lockscreen app that your current lockscreen doesn't have?
