Help What does little android guy in top left corner mean?

Does anyone know what the little guy in the top left of the notification bar means? Its not the android robot guy but looks kind of like the "Great Gazoo" from the flintstones.

Have searched many forums (Including this one) and have not found an answer. Its on a Galaxy S3, telus (Canada) network.

I have taken a screenshot but am not allow to post it as I am a new member.

Thanks for any input.

Are you plugged into a PC? That looks like it could be a "USB Debugging" notification. Not positive as you have a TW'd device.

I'm not plugged into the computer and it isn't on all the time. I have been trying to narrow down what I have done to make it appear but to no avail.
 
Little guy was gone for a couple days but is back. By tapping the ongoing notifications do you mean pulling down the bar at the top? If so, I have and there is nothing there that I can see or press that effects him.
