It "says" it as in some sort of audio file? or it's a pop-up notification? If the latter, could you get a screen shot?

Nothing pops-up. It just says it out of the blue. No certain times. I have no ideat why it's saying it or where it's coming from. I don't have any apps it could be coming from. I just thought, could it be a virus or other bug?

Could be adware gone wrong. Hard to tell without seeing it. Can you grab a screenshot the next time it happens?
