What does this notification icon means?

Hello can anyone please help me, what does this notification icon of man means? I put it in red square. Thank you all.

I get that occasionally. I think it is Google Voice updated. It is either that or an update to Samsung TOS. Either way, it is nothing nefarious or to worry about.
 
Yeah i knowi its nothing serious but im trying ot figure out what it is exactly, its on Samsung phone. I tought its something with social media related. It looks similar to settings icon maybe something about battery or thing like that

I have an S20, and it pops up randomly. I don't think it is social media as I don't use any apps like that. Next time it pops up I'll grab a screenshot and post it.
 
This might be the Google notification that they will be switching all gmail accounts to 2-step verification for future logins. The notification comes from your google/play store account rather than gmail, hence the notification icon.
 
So that icon pops up when you try to log in google and it asks for 2 factor authentication or is it notification that they will be switching all gmail accounts to 2-step verification for future logins?
