what does" VDM client " mean? is it johnny law? help

I have a zte warp I was recently harassed by the police and they took my phone what about a half an hour. anyways I have noticed an application running VDM client in my application drawer I cannot uninstall it it just lets me clear the cache a. I've never heard of this app and I'm wondering if it's bugging me or tracking me any input on this would greatly be greatly appreciated thank you again..

Hmm.. I guessing it isn't anything from the law, I'm not sure they are allowed to install stuff on people's phones. I would think there may be some wiretapping violations there, but I'm not a lawyer.

Some google findings show that it could be related to Virtual Desktops... so it could be a way to access some networked VMs.

Did your phone happen to get an update recently? It could be carrier software that they don't let you uninstall.
