What exactly IS Party Shuffle?

i have used both regular shuffle and this 'party shuffle' option but notice zero difference? is there a point to the Party Shuffle mode or does it select songs that fit a 'party' style genre or something? i figured it would do a random selection if i 'shook' my device, which is what happens if you enable a similar mode on an iPod. but that does not happen in Android.

good question nickdalzell, I saw that choice and like you cannot discern any difference.

The difference between regular shuffle and party shuffle: party shuffle lets you see the next ten songs when you hit the list button. Or, (at least on the stock music player) you can hit shuffle and then party shuffle and it will shuffle your entire collection and it will all show up on your current playlist.
