I have a motorola electrify 2.3.5. My internal memory is 8.9 g and I have 2.1 remaining. I also have an external sd in phone with 14 g and 11 g remaining. Apparently I'm only using about 500mb in apps. I've thought about transferring some going into "files" and transferring some files to external but not sure what ones would be safe to transfer or what ones are consumiing my internal memory. I've tried using apps to analyze the data on sd card but they all freeze up (such as "memory too low") I've tried to clean up files using Clean Master app but still other apps still die part way through analysis.
Here's my questions
1) How can I determine what files are consuming the large amounts of memory if the apps I try can't complete the analysis.
2) How do I determine which files are safe to switch to external sd card
I really appreciate any help since I'm a real novice when it comes to this.
