Help What good AT&T smartphones have an unlocked bootloader?

Hello,

My current carrier is Verizon Wireless. I'm planning to switch to AT&T around Summer. I currently have an iPhone, but planning to get an android device when my contract is up. My only problem is that I want an android smartphone on AT&T that doesn't have a locked bootloader and can be rooted... (I would want to put Cyanogenmod on it.) I've been wanting to get the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but it has a locked bootloader and can't receive the ROM I want along with root. I have to go with AT&T since that's the only strong carrier I have in my area. What AT&T smartphones have unlocked bootloaders and can be rooted and change ROMs? The more suggestions the better! Thanks!

OnePlus One US version and Oppo Find 7 US version. Both are compatible with ATT. Can be rooted, unlocked bootloaders, change ROMs, customized, have good support for these activities from the manufacturers, and does not void warranty.

You can't buy these phones from ATT and they're not subsidized, you have to buy them on-line.

There's Nexus 6. I believe that's not locked down, and can rooted, customized, ROMs, good support etc.

Fairphone is another one, don't know so much about that one, but I believe the intention is to have an open device, not locked down in anyway.

Can't the HTC One M9 boot loader be unlocked from their developer website?
