Help What happened?? Deleted all my contacts!

I was messing with my phone and went into my contacts listing. I click Edit sync groups and uncheck sync all contacts. It deleted all my contacts wtf?? I don't remember those numbers

I take it they are backed up to Google? If they are then just re-sync them

Just resync it and they should come back.

they're still in your gmail contacts, if you sync them again, they will show up again.
