What happened to all the MP3 download apps?

I received a refurbished Droid 2 yesterday, and as I was downloading all of my Marketplace apps I noticed the MP3 download app I would use is no longer available. Same goes for any MP3 download apps.

Has the RIAA caught onto this, I wonder?
