What happened to Intouch Wireless?

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile about a month ago. Intouch Wireless promised to reimburse me $100 per line up to $200 to cover my early termination fees. Well I just received my ETF bill from Sprint yesterday and went to take it to Intouch today, the booth/kiosk was deserted and I can't get a hold of customer service. I called the T-Mobile store near it to ask what happened and they told me they're going to sell Sprint phones instead.

Is anyone going through the same thing? Am I out $200?

So I been trying to call them for a while now and always got their voicemail. I emailed them and got a really fast response. They emailed me a rebate form with instructions. after following and submitting the rebate, it was accepted within minutes, wow.
